Subby Buddy and all related intellectual property, including design, software, branding, and content, are owned by Tento LLC.

3. User Data

Subby Buddy stores subscription information locally on your device. The App does not collect or store personal data on external servers.

Users are responsible for the information they enter into the App.

4. No Financial Advice

Subby Buddy is provided for informational and organizational purposes only.

The App does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Users are solely responsible for their financial decisions.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tento LLC shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or financial outcomes resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

6. Availability

We may update, modify, or discontinue the App or certain features at any time without notice.

7. Changes to Terms

Tento LLC may update these Terms of Use periodically. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
