This role focuses on selling an emerging product, validating go-to-market strategy, and initiating conversations with potential investors and strategic partners.
This is a hands-on role suited for someone comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and working closely with a founder to shape commercial strategy from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead early-stage sales efforts, including outbound outreach, discovery, demos, and closing initial customers or pilot engagements
- Validate pricing, packaging, and positioning through direct market interaction
- Identify and engage potential investors, angel networks, and strategic partners
- Open and qualify high-quality investor and partnership conversations
- Support preparation for sales demos, pitch meetings, and follow-up discussions
- Provide structured market feedback to inform product and go-to-market decisions
- Help establish a repeatable early sales and partnership motion
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience selling early-stage technology products (pre-PMF or early PMF)
- Background in SaaS, fintech, payments, or platform-based businesses
- Demonstrated ability to drive outbound sales and open doors independently
- Experience engaging with investors, founders, or senior decision-makers
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working with evolving products and minimal structure
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting or participating in startup fundraising (angel, pre-seed, or seed)
- Existing network within tech, fintech, or investment communities
- Familiarity with consumer or B2B fintech business models
- Ability to contribute to sales narrative, pitch decks, and positioning

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Workday Architect to lead the technical and functional architecture of enterprise Workday implementations. This role is responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performing Workday solutions that align with business strategy and operational requirements.
The Workday Architect will serve as the overall solution owner, guiding configuration standards, integration design, data architecture, security frameworks, and cross-module alignment while partnering with executive stakeholders, HR leadership, IT teams, and implementation partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end Workday solution architecture across HCM, Financials, and related modules
- Design scalable configuration frameworks and governance standards
- Lead architectural decisions for Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Payroll, Recruiting, Time Tracking, and extensions
- Define integration strategy (EIB, Studio, APIs, third-party vendors)
- Establish data conversion and reporting architecture standards
- Design and govern security roles, business process frameworks, and domain policies
- Partner with functional leads, QA teams, and PMO to ensure quality, performance, and compliance
- Provide architectural oversight during testing, cutover, and post-production stabilization
- Serve as a technical escalation point for complex configuration and integration challenges
- Drive best practices adoption and long-term platform optimization
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on Workday implementation and architecture experience
- Deep expertise across Workday HCM platform architecture
- Strong experience designing enterprise-scale Workday ecosystems
- Advanced understanding of Workday security model, business process framework, and tenant strategy
- Proven consulting background delivering large, multi-workstream programs
- Excellent stakeholder communication and solution leadership skills
- Ability to work independently in remote, distributed delivery environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Workday Architect, HCM, or Integration certifications
- Experience supporting multi-country, multi-tenant, or shared services environments

- Review designs and implementations to ensure architectural alignment
- Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the development lifecycle
- Support integration strategy with external systems and services
- Contribute to technical decision-making and long-term platform strategy
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience as a Solutions Architect, Technical Architect, or Senior Software Engineer
- Proven ability to design complex, scalable software systems
- Solid understanding of backend systems, APIs, and cloud-native architectures
- Experience with access control, permissions, and system workflows
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable working in early-stage or evolving product environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building or architecting SaaS products
- Background in service-based, operations-driven, or B2B platforms
- Familiarity with systems that handle financial, operational, or compliance-related data
- Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Consulting or enterprise delivery experience is a plus
